Shopping at Joyland is safe, easy and practical. We send your order lightning fast, and offer 365 days of open purchase on your products. Value added tax (VAT) is included in all prices. We only sell to adults over the age of 18.
Right of withdrawal
Joyland gives you a 365-day right to cancel your order. For reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal assumes that the product has not been used and that the packaging and/or the seal are unbroken. Products that do not include intimate products, underwear or consumables are exempt from the unbroken packaging rule, provided that the products are in original condition and can be sold as new.
If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can contact our customer service at info@joyland.eu. After approval from us, we will send you a return slip by e-mail. The cost for the return slip is €15 which will be deducted from the refund when the return is approved. We only accept unopened products that are sent back.
Here's how to cancel your purchase:
- Send a message to customer service via our contact form, or send us an e-mail at info@joyland.eu. State the order number and that you wish to cancel your purchase.
- Pack the return well in sturdy packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- Attach a copy of your order confirmation or invoice. Alternatively, you can write down the order number and what the case is about on a piece of paper.
- Print and tape the return slip, and deliver the package to the nearest post office.

We will refund you the amount of the order minus cost for return slip and original shiping within 30 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel the purchase, provided that the package has been returned to us or that we have received proof that the package has been returned.
In the order confirmation that is sent out by e-mail, there is also a link to information on how to use the right of cancellation.
As Joyland sells intimate products, the customer does not have the right to use the right of withdrawal on used goods against a reduction in value.
Shipping costs and delivery
We ship on weekdays to all countries within EU, including the option to choose express delivery. Delivery takes place by collection at the delivery point or home delivery. Delivery time varies from country to country, see the Checkout page for actual delivery time to your country. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delayed delivery which exceeds the estimated delivery time by 7 business days, as well as a refund in these cases. Refunds must be made within 14 days.
Shipping costs from EUR €7.90 (more for home delivery).
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed shipments are normally charged a fee of EUR €43. In such cases, the fee is used to cover administrative costs as well as shipping and return shipping.
Discretion
Joyland attaches great importance to discretion and security. So that no one can guess what the package contains, we state "JLAB" as the sender on all shipments. Delivery takes place in a brown cardboard box or white, padded envelope.
Payment
We use Klarna as the supplier of our checkout. This means that we can transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the page with the checkout has been uploaded, so that Klarna can handle your purchase. Your transferred personal data will be processed in line with Klarna's own privacy policy.
The payment options offered through Klarna are invoice, card payment, partial payment and direct payment via online banking. Read more about the various payment methods below this text.
Invoice
The invoice is sent electronically to your email address. Purchases with an invoice are free of charge. Please note that Klarna invoice is not available in all EU countries.
The payment deadline is 30 days. In the event of delayed payment, a dunning invoice is sent with the additional dunning amount permitted by law - currently EUR €3.50.
Account and credit cards
When paying with VISA or MasterCard, all information is sent in encrypted form for maximum security. Klarna holds SSL certificates and the information is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act. Card purchases are free of charge.
Klarna follows the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS), developed by the international card networks Visa and MasterCard.
Partial payment
Partial payment is only available in countries where Klarna invoice is accepted. With Klarna Konto, you choose how much you want to pay each month, with at least EUR €9.5 per month or 1/24 of the total amount. You can always choose to pay off the entire amount at once. All your partial payment purchases are collected on one clear monthly invoice. The annual interest rate is 18.9%.
Pay in 3
With Pay in 3 you split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Pay in 3 is available in France, Spain and Italy.
Direct payment
With direct payment, you pay safely and easily via your online bank. Direct payment is available in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Austria. Payment is made in direct connection with your purchase. Direct payment is free of charge.

When you place an order at Joyland.eu, you can choose to subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Warranty and complaints
Joyland provides a 1-year factory warranty on your product. As a customer, you are always entitled to a 2-year right of complaint, which is the time the product is expected to last. Complaints must be made no later than 2 years after the consumer took possession of the item.
Should you receive a damaged product, contact us via our contact form. Attach the order number from your order confirmation as well as a detailed description of the error. We then consider whether the product should be sent in for a complaint or whether the fault can be rectified without you having to return the product.
General conditions for warranty and complaints:
- If Joyland considers the product to be faultless, it will be returned and added a shipping and return cost as well as a fault finding cost of EUR €13 including VAT.
- When replacement goods are sent, the warranty period will not be extended.
- For products where batteries are included, no guarantee is given for the performance of the batteries. The supplied batteries are to be regarded as test batteries with low performance.
- Complaints about missing goods must first be reported to the carrier. In cases where the carrier cannot resolve the problem, Joyland must be notified.
- Refunds in the event of a complaint are made within 14 days.
- The warranty does not apply to "Do it yourself" products as we cannot guarantee the result in these cases.
- Consumables such as batteries, condoms, lubricants, dietary supplements, massage oils, care and cleaning products are exempt from the warranty.
In the event of a dispute, where the customer is not satisfied with our handling, this will be resolved by the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR). Joyland follows their recommendation in the matter.
Damaged goods
Visible damage to the outer packaging must be reported to the carrier who carried out the transport and to Joyland within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Visible damage should preferably be reported immediately upon delivery.
Fake orders
IP numbers are logged so that fake orders can be verified. On request, we assist the police and other authorities with information to trace the source.
Product information/misprint
Product specifications such as sound level, vibration strength and hardness are based on our subjective assessments or information from our suppliers. Joyland.eu reserves the right for possible typographical errors in texts and specifications. We cannot guarantee that images give an accurate representation of the appearance of the products. However, we always strive to provide as accurate information as possible.
Promotions and offers last while stocks last and until the date specified in the promotion.
All products can be used in EU and plugs are adapted to EU sockets.
Privacy
Joyland uses an SSL certificate to encrypt the communication sent between the web server and browser.
