Velcro Cuffs are a pair of comfortable cuffs with soft faux fur on the inside that provide maximum comfort.

The shackles are adjustable with velcro to provide the perfect fit. This also gives you the option of using them around wrists or ankles. Between each shackle is a metal ring to be able to fasten them together with the included carabiners.
