Kegel Coach, App Interactive Exerciser - Get the most out of your workout!

Kegel Coach is a smart Kegel Trainer with built-in, patented sensors that sense and register the pelvic floor-muscles during exercise. With the app, you will be more motivated to perform the exercises and the training will be both fun and exciting.

Kegel Coach is beginner-friendly and gives you full control over your training. It is made of silky-smooth silicone and has an ergonomic and compact design that fits comfortably in place.

The sensitive pressure sensors detect when you pinch and give feedback by vibrating. Your Kegel Coach comes with an "anchor" that you place on the string to prevent the ball from slipping in or out (keep the string outside the body at least 4 cm for a stable Bluetooth-connection).

Training your pelvic floor has many benefits. Strong pinch muscles can, among other things, improve control over the bladder and prevent prolapse. You can also prevent minor incontinence problems and build strength for childbirth and enable a faster recovery.

A strengthened pelvic floor can also contribute to more pleasure and more pleasant sex. It can help you achieve more, and more intense, orgasms.

Force feedback Training Mode
You don't need to use the app in your mobile to achieve an effective workout. Place the Kegel Coach in position for the pelvic floor-muscles. Practice by squeezing and relaxing - if you do it right, you'll get feedback when the Kegel Coach vibrates. If you don't feel any vibration, adjust the position of your Kegel Coach and try again.

You can lie down or stand up when performing the exercise. For beginners, try standing up when you exercise.

App Interactive Training Mode
If you want to get the most out of your training and have fun at the same time - download the "Magic Kegel" app to your mobile (iOS & Android) and connect the Kegel Coach via Bluetooth.

Find the right position and then squeeze and relax. In the app, you will see a small bird that flies in sync when you squeeze and relax.

You can choose between 6 different training-programs in the app. You can also get analyzes of your training in real-time and see training history. To keep you motivated, there is a reward system that gives you medals when you reach goals.
